1. General

  • By registering an account, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms.

  • You are solely responsible for checking the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

  • All casino operations (including bonuses and promotions) are tracked in UTC.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms unilaterally. We’ll try to notify you of material changes, but you should review this page periodically.

3. Who Can Play

  • Only adults (18+) and only in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal.

  • We may request age/identity verification and restrict access for violations.

  • Bonuses are not available to players from Sweden and Finland.

  • There is a list of restricted countries; if you breach this rule, payouts are not guaranteed. Using VPN/proxy to bypass blocks is prohibited.

4. Game Availability

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • You agree to indemnify the Casino for losses caused by your breach of these Terms.

9. Player Account

  • Only one account per person; duplicates may be closed and payouts voided.

  • Accounts are for personal use only.

  • We may call the phone number in your profile as part of KYC; access/payouts may be limited until verification is complete.

  • If we cannot reach you within 2 weeks after a withdrawal request, the account may be locked for failing KYC.

  • Failure to provide full KYC within 40 days may lead to confiscation of winnings.

  • You can close your account anytime via [email protected] (after ID verification).

10. Anti-Fraud & Advantage Play

  • Prohibited: collusion, fraud, unfair-advantage strategies (including low-risk roulette), multi-accounting, chargebacks, third-party payments, forged documents, etc.

  • If fraud is suspected: account may be closed, payouts canceled, and information shared with regulators.

  • Wagering on deposits: typically ×3 for most games; ×10 for table and live games. Deposited funds are for gaming use only.

  • The Casino is not a financial institution: no interest, and no exchange or conversion services (including fiat–crypto).

11. Deposits

  • We support VISA/Mastercard and other methods (availability varies by country; ask support).

  • Third-party payments are prohibited; violations may result in winning confiscation and returning the deposit to the payment method owner.

  • Minimum deposit: €20 / $20 (or equivalent). Max depends on the chosen method.

  • Due to crypto specifics via CoinsPaid, deposit limits cannot be enforced; use other methods if you need limits.

12. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: €50 / $50 (or equivalent). Maximums depend on method; larger amounts may be paid in parts.

  • We may request KYC before payout; Visa OCT and Mastercard Payment Transfer are supported (non-corporate cards from supported countries).

  • Bank transfer: typically up to 7 banking days; intermediary bank fees may apply.

  • Withdrawal limits: up to €5,000/day, €10,000/week, €20,000/month (or crypto/fiat equivalents; VIP exceptions at our discretion). Progressive jackpots are paid in full.

  • Phone verification in your Profile is required to create withdrawal requests.

  • Our payments team processes within 48 hours; actual receipt may take up to 5 business days, depending on the method.

13. Refunds

  • Requests accepted within 24 hours of the transaction, or 30 days if someone else accessed your account.

  • Card withdrawals up to the amount deposited may be paid as refunds to the card; any excess via alternative methods.

  • Before a refund, bonuses/winnings are deducted; documents may be required (ID, payment proof, address proof). Processing: 5–7 banking days.

14. Dormant Accounts

  • No logins for 12 months = inactive. A monthly €10 (or equivalent) fee applies until balance is zero or the account is reactivated.

15. Limitation Period

Any claim relating to these Terms or services must be filed within 1 year of arising.

16. Complaints

  • Contact support via the channels listed on the site.

  • Cases escalate if not resolved; we keep you reasonably informed.

  • We accept complaints only from the account holder; assignment to third parties is prohibited.

  • In disputes, server logs prevail.

17. Non-Transferability

You may not assign/pledge/transfer any rights or claims (including accounts, winnings, deposits, bets) without the Casino’s consent.

18. Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus under the Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.

19. KYC & AML

  • By registering, you confirm: you are 18+; your details are accurate; deposited funds are yours and not of illegal origin.

  • We comply with AML/CTF laws; suspicious activity may be reported, and accounts may be suspended/blocked; funds may be withheld as required by law.

  • We may request additional information/documents to complete identification.

  • Failure to provide full KYC within 40 days may result in confiscation of winnings.

20. Breach of the Terms

If you breach the Terms, we may:

  • suspend or permanently close your account;

  • confiscate winnings and forfeit bonuses;

  • seek legal remedies for losses caused by your breach.
